For Sale: Stall System with Tongue and Groove Walls and Galvanized Framing. Stall System Includes:
(7) 12’ x 12’ stalls with 52" sliding doors (1) 12’ x 12’ Grooming Stall
(1) 12’ x 24’ Tack Room with 52" sliding door (1) 8’ x 12’ Gate
Everything pictured here is a full 8' tall and each stall comes with its own feed door. Additional frames can be ordered from the manufacturer if you wish to add more stalls and/or convert grooming stall and/or tack room to horse stalls. Stall system sits on any solid flat surface. These stalls were gently used for less than three years. One stall never had a horse in it.

The framework is built with 2” X 2” square 16 gauge galvanized steel tube and is fully welded at each joint. The grills are constructed of 1-3/8” outside diameter round 16 gauge galvanized steel tube set on 4” centers; leaving 2 5/8” between each bar. These grill tubes are placed into the square tube frame with specially milled inserts. The finished product is a beautiful seamless grill offering unmatched strength. The wood insert mounts are formed with a heavy 12 gauge galvanized flat steel. The whole system is strong and sturdy and of excellent quality. All lumber has been oiled.
Our current
configuration utilizes 8 stall fronts which if purchased new run $655 each or
$5,240 for 8.
Our current configuration utilizes 24 stall dividers which if purchased new
run $455 each or $10,920 for 24.
Our current configuration required 513 12' 6"x2" tongue and groove yellow pine
planking
Each plank purchased new runs $12 for a total of $6,156 for 513 planks.
Pricing: Brand new, the galvanized steel frames and the yellow pine tongue and groove lumber would run approximately $22,316 for the entire setup of (7) 12'x12' stalls, one 12'x24' tack room and one 12'x12' grooming stall. We are asking $11,158.00 or 50% off. All lumber has been oiled. If you wish to purchase only a portion of the above configuration, pricing is as follows: $382 per stall front and $336 per divider (solid wall).
