Potential: After her first career as a broodmare, Maybelline was brought along as a hunter but she may also have potential in the jumper and equitation rings as well. She has schooled at "A" venues such as HITS Saugerties and has shown in some hunter schooling classes at a handful of "B" and "C" shows. She loves to jump and we believe she would be well suited for a experienced professional rider looking for a project or for a competitive child/adult rider looking for an athletic practice horse.

Under saddle: Maybelline is very brave, very honest, kind, willing and dependable. She has a great jump and a lot of athletic ability. She is well-broke, soft in the bridle, easy to sit and easy to frame. This mare is a "point and shoot" ride while being adjustable and responsive.

Trainability: Maybelline is a smart mare with a good work ethic who learns quickly and retains what she has learned. Maybelline has a good brain and she has begun to school her changes with a pro.

Preferred Rider: Maybelline gets along best with a rider who has soft hands and a quiet, supporting leg.

On the Ground: Maybelline has excellent ground manners and is good for bathing, clipping, the farrier, the vet, etc. She loves to be groomed and she adores treats.

Temperament: Maybelline is quiet, gentle, sweet and affectionate.

Program: Maybelline's current program includes plenty of turnout and 5-6 rides per week with 1-2 of those rides being training rides.
